RockeTiltometer 3

The RockeTiltometer 3, or RTOM3, is discontinued due to in inability to procure several components that have reached end-of-life…

The RTOM3 features simple critical-angle selection of 10, 20, 30 or 40 degrees tilt, and simple interruption of your ignition circuit.

It has two operating modes: ABORT – disable ignition permanently if rocket exceeds critical angle, or, REENTRY – disable ignition if rocket exceeds critical angle, but, if it should return to inside the critical angle envelope, a special algorithm monitors it for the amount of time it is back inside the envelope, and, its rate of tilt…if the rocket’s attitude appears relatively stable, your ignition circuit will be reenabled. If it becomes unstable again or again exceeds the critical angle, ignition will again be disabled.
